We're a family-owned freeze-drying business dedicated to preserving the natural flavor, nutrients, and quality of your favorite foods. Our mission is to put you at ease of not having to stress over food or lack of daily nutrition requirements during stressful times of disasters. We want to supply you with emergency food supplies. We make this possible through the use of advanced freeze-drying technology to remove moisture while keeping texture, taste, and nutrition intact (97% retained), locking in goodness without the need for preservatives or additives. Our products are fresh fruits, vegetables, meals, and more. We support local farms whenever possible and we pride ourselves in making sure families have food security during uncertain times.

 

The result? Lightweight, shelf-stable products that are perfect to be ready for the unknown or anything. Freeze dried food cuts cooking time in half by simply just adding water or adding our foods to your favorite stocks or soups. Our freeze-dried foods come back to life (rehydrate) within in minutes.  Even more, some foods do not require any rehydration at all. It is so simple that children can easily prepare.
