Processing/Shipping
Processing is generally 5-7 business days (can vary based on the volume of orders) this includes making of product and confirmation of shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Flat Shipping Rate of $12.00. Orders over $600.00 (free shipping). All orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed the following business day. HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS EXCLUDED
We do not offer express or International shipping at the moment.
Pickup and deliveries are available for Northwest Indiana and Chicago residents ONLY. Delivery fee applies for Chicago residents $10.00 up to 25 mi radius .
Shipping delays once order is shipped and you receive a tracking number are out of our control.
Returns/Exchanges
Sources of Survival is pleased to accept EXCHANGES ONLY on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense.
- Exchanges are honored within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
- You must notify us via email your desire to exchange.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any shipping fees that incur from exchanging an item is solely on the customer.
There is are NO EXCEPTIONS after 7 days exchanges are voided.
